Information You Submit
Names, phone numbers, or addresses entered in a search box are sent to the outside provider that supplies those results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. When you contact us, we use the contents of your message only to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Standard hosting logs can include an IP address, browser type, viewed pages, and timestamps. We review combined statistics to maintain the service and understand page use. Basic analytics and advertising measurement may rely on cookies or similar tools.
What We Do With This Data
We use limited data to keep the service running, diagnose faults, measure overall traffic, and improve the material. Visitor lists are not sold, and individual user profiles are not created.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to county or state portals, archival and library collections, or outside search services. Information entered after leaving this service is governed by the destination's privacy policy. Sponsored results are supplied by an outside company and follow that provider's practices.
Who Might See Your Data
Hosting and technical vendors may process server logs while supporting the service. The automatic information described above may also reach analytics or advertising providers. Apart from those operational uses, disclosure occurs only when valid legal process requires it.
How We Protect Your Data
An encrypted connection protects data in transit. Logs are retained no longer than needed for the purposes already described. Because visitors do not create accounts, the service holds no user password or account profile.
Users Under 18
This service is intended for adults, not children. We do not knowingly gather personal information from a person younger than 18. Contact us if a minor may have submitted information so it can be deleted.
Your Data Rights
Applicable privacy law may give a visitor rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a website. Washington’s My Health My Data Act, chapter 19.373 RCW, separately governs covered consumer health data. Because we retain very little, a request normally means checking the contact mailbox and available server logs. Use the Contact page to ask. Public records held by Washington, Clark County, or Battle Ground offices remain under the custodian’s control.
Updates to This Policy
Revisions will appear here when this policy changes. Continued use after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
